Overall I have had a great experience living on this property for the past three years. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Maintenance requests are quickly handled. I feel safe in the community and it is in a convenient location.

Great land owner. Straight forward no nonsense style of management. Informed owner of issues with the apartment. They were fixed right away. Also had personal issues and the owner genuinely shows concern and tries to help. Would rent from again if I ever leave.
