GENERAL INFORMATION

All properties are within walking distance to North and East Campus, and a short drive or bus ride to South Campus, Lowell General Hospital, Middlesex Community College, and the MBTA commuter rail.

Most residents are UMass Lowell students, graduate students, and young professionals.

All units are fully renovated and feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, updated HVAC systems, energy-efficient windows, recessed lighting, on-site laundry, and off-street parking.

Trash, water, sewer, weekly trash pickup, snow removal, and landscaping are included.

The majority of our apartments are four-bedroom units with two full bathrooms. However, our properties vary in the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and smaller units become available as turnover occurs.

No. All units are unfurnished.

No. We do not rent by the room. All residents must sign the lease together at the start of the term. While we may occasionally be able to connect individual applicants with potential roommates, this is not guaranteed.

TOURS & APPLICATION PROCESS

We accept applications year-round. Management is typically notified of which units will be available for the upcoming school year during the winter. If you apply early and/or enroll in our newsletter, we can place you on our waitlist and notify you as soon as suitable units become available.

Prospective tenants must contact management to schedule a viewing. Tours are required before beginning the application process.

We ask that all, or at least a majority, of prospective roommates attend the showing. This helps minimize disruptions for current tenants and reduces the need for multiple showings, ensuring a smoother process for both residents and management.

First, schedule and complete a tour. Then submit the application and required documents.Upon approval, sign the lease and submit required payments.

LEASE REQUIREMENTS

Most leases run from June 1 to May 30.

Yes. A co-signer is required for tenants under 21 years of age.

Leases are executed through DocuSign for convenient electronic review and signatures by all tenants and required co-signers. A digital copy is automatically provided once all signatures are completed.

POLICIES & RULES

No. Pets are not permitted, without exception.

No. Subleasing and unapproved occupants are strictly prohibited.

Yes. Large parties, excessive noise, and any behavior that causes disturbances or property damage are not permitted. These policies help ensure a respectful, comfortable living environment for all residents.

MOVE-IN INFORMATION

First month’s rent, last month’s rent, and a security deposit equal to one month’s rent must be paid before keys are released.

Your apartment will be professionally cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival. Keys, parking information (if applicable), and management contact instructions will be provided at move-in. Management will also conduct a “walk-through” with all tenants present for the unit verifying its condition.
